WHEN PLACING YOUR CATERING ORDER

Fulfilment:

We do our absolute best to fulfil every order, though large quantity orders may require additional lead time. If you're ordering in bulk, the more notice you can give us, the better.

Cancellation Policy:

Standard pre-orders — minimum 24 hours' notice required
Custom cakes, custom catering & all custom orders — minimum 7 days' notice required
Any cancellations outside these windows may not be eligible for a refund.
